Will the Same Team Member Come Each Time?
Yes! We will assign a team member or a few of our team members who will be the same crew that will come each time. Occasionally, someone might be sick, out of town, or otherwise unable to visit on that day. In that case, we'll reach out and let you know before hand.
Do I Have To Be Home When You Come TO Clean?
We prefer our customers to be home when we come so that we can be shown any focus areas. However, after we've worked together a few times, we don't mind if arrive and do our work without someone being home. We'll still send you photos when we're done!
