Clean Casa, a home cleaning business in Utah, is seeking motivated individuals to join our dedicated team as Junior and Senior Cleaners. We are looking for both entry-level candidates who can be trained on the job and experienced individuals with a strong background in professional cleaning. If you have a keen eye for detail, take pride in delivering exceptional service, and enjoy making spaces shine, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Ideally, you are a team of two that can work together on the same jobs. We have had good success hiring a team of 2 friends and spouses. This way, you can share a vehicle and work with people you like 🙂

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean and maintain residential homes, offices, commercial spaces, short-term rentals, and properties during move-in/move-out processes.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with clients to meet their specific cleaning needs.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and uphold the company’s ‘Top-to-Bottom Clean Casa Guarantee.’

Requirements:

  • Ability to use Apps on a smart phone; Jobber, Slack, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding cleaning results.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the job requirements.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients respectfully.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a background check
