Terms & Conditions for Clean Casa’s Services

  1. Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  2. Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept debit cards, credit cards, cash. Late payments may incur additional charges after 7 days at 5% per week.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 before the scheduled service time to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
  4. Liability: While we handle your property with the utmost care, Clean Casa is not liable for damage to fragile or valuable items not disclosed prior to service.
  5. Access: Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in a missed appointment fee of 20%
  6. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please report your concerns within 24 of service completion. We will endeavor to rectify the issue promptly.
  7. Privacy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and secure at all times.
  8. Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  9. Amendments: Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States of America.
