Project Snapshot
- Location & Hours: Downtown Provo office open 8 a.m.–12 a.m.
- Spaces Covered: open-plan workstations, two movie rooms, a golf-sim suite, a gaming lounge, four conference rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and corridors.
- Main Goal : Keep high-use entertainment areas crumb- & dust-free without interrupting employees or late-night gamers.
The Midnight Challenge
The building never truly “closes” until midnight, so every cleaning had to fit a tight 12:00 a.m.–3:00 a.m. window. We also needed to:
- Work quietly near sensitive electronics (golf simulator & cinema-quality sound systems).
- Respect alarm & security protocols—only a 5-minute grace period to disarm and re-arm.
- Contain popcorn & turf-grass debris that builds up quickly in the gaming and simulator rooms.
Our After-Hours Method
1. Zero-Disruption Scheduling
We clock in at 12:05 a.m. ✚ sync with the building’s cloud-based alarm to avoid false alerts.
